Sephora West Lake Hills seeks an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager on daily operations and client experiences. You will coach and develop a diverse team, recruit top talent, and maintain Sephora’s standards while driving sales.
You will lead real-time coaching, deliver feedback, and ensure operational excellence in a on-site Austin, TX store with a focus on personalized beauty experiences for clients.
