You'll have access to:Comprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, vision, prescription coverage, life insurance, and 401(k) with company match.Work-Life Balance: Generous paid time off for rest, family, and self-care.Career Growth: You'll benefit from continuous learning, mentorship, and leadership training including access to CBX University, our in-house development program.Supportive Culture: Innovation, creativity, and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do.This position will involve the installation of aluminum storefronts, curtain walls, and entrances as well as associated glazing, hardware, and caulking.Essential FunctionsFollows instructions from field supervisor regarding installation of aluminum products such as: storefronts, doors, curtain walls, and associated glass and hardware.Works independently and with other installers to install Division 8 products as assigned and trained.Responsible for installation of more technically advanced or demanding architectural grade products.Follows manufacturer direction and warranty requirements when installing products.Tracks time and materials as required for each installation project.Maintain all equipment in good working order and report any malfunctions to field supervisor.Train entry level technicians on proper installation techniques and methods.Follows all company policies and procedures.Provides quality customer service.Attends all training to learn new technology of building materials and installation methods as required by location management.Travel as required to perform essential functions (approximately 25%).Other relative duties as assigned.Minimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma, or an equivalent combination of education/experience.Some installation experience with doors, frames, and hardware products, or Division 8 products.Clean driving record and at least 21 years old required.Must pass pre-employment background check and drug test.Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesAbility to read and use a measuring tape, level and other required tools for installation required.Excellent interpersonal skills required.Excellent written and verbal skill required with the ability to communicate and understand detailed instructions.Equal Opportunity EmployerCBX Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a VEVRAA Federal Contractor.
