(PSI) is hiring an Install Plumber to join our team in Gypsum, CO. You'll lead residential and light-commercial plumbing installations throughout the mountain-community market, working alongside a skilled team to deliver quality workmanship, reliable service, and clean, professional installations.What You'll DoLead residential and light-commercial plumbing installation projects from start to finishPerform and oversee the installation of plumbing systems, fixtures, piping, and related equipmentWork alongside and mentor installation team members, providing direction and hands-on supportRead and interpret plans, specifications, and installation requirementsEnsure all work meets applicable plumbing codes, manufacturer specifications, and PSI quality standardsTroubleshoot installation issues and make sound decisions in the fieldMaintain clean, organized, and safe job sitesCommunicate effectively with customers, team members, and leadership throughout each projectWhat We're Looking ForValid Colorado plumbing license required for the role2+ years of residential plumbing installation experience preferredProven ability to lead installation projects and work effectively as part of a teamStrong knowledge of plumbing systems, installation methods, and applicable codesAbility to troubleshoot issues and work independently in the fieldStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipThis position requires regular operation of a company vehicle. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and meet all company motor vehicle insurance requirements to be authorized to operate a company vehicle.The compensation for this position is $40+/hour, depending on experience, qualifications, certifications, and other job-related factors.
