We want team members who are committed to solving problems for our clients, doing the job right, and standing by their work 100%.Mainstream is growing and we are looking for an outstanding Residential Install Plumber to join our team!Position Summary As a Residential Service Install Plumber, you'll perform plumbing system installations in occupied homes—replacing and upgrading fixtures, water heaters, and piping while ensuring minimal disruption to our customers' lives. This isn't new construction—this is skilled, detail-oriented work on the service side, where your craftsmanship and customer care truly stand out.What You'll DoInstall and replace residential plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment (water heaters, faucets, toilets, piping, etc.)Provide clear explanations to customers and answer questionsWork efficiently in occupied homes while maintaining a clean, respectful work environmentEnsure all work meets code and safety standardsCollaborate with dispatch, service managers, and fellow plumbers to ensure customer satisfactionWhat We're Looking ForValid WA Journeyman Plumber License (required)2+ years of residential plumbing installation experience in a service environment preferredStrong knowledge of plumbing codes and best practicesGreat communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and solve problems on the jobThe Good Stuff:Medical, Dental & Vision InsurancePet Insurance401k with 4% company matchPTO, Paid Holidays, Paid Wellness TimeCompany Provided Truck, Phone, iPad, and UniformsEmployee DiscountsTool ProgramContinuous education to further your developmentWhat you need:A Journeyman, or Master's Plumbing LicenseValid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 yearsAbility to guide and train an apprenticeAbility to use an iPad and our Service Titan softwareCustomer service skills to diagnose and sell the repair to the customerExperience with plumbing repair, including leak location, tankless water heaters, water filtration, tank type water heaters, all types of plumbing fixtures, drain cleaning, and drain line replacement
