This is a full-time, hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with a background in construction, installation, and quality control who is ready to manage a dynamic team and ensure exceptional customer experiences from start to finish.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and schedule all bath system installationsLead and support installation crews to ensure timely, high-quality workmanshipReview customer contracts and coordinate product ordersManage warehouse inventory and vendor relationshipsEnsure full customer satisfaction and follow-up after installationsConduct regular check-ins with clients and request referralsHandle permitting, documentation, and CRM updatesSupport installers with on-site issues and service callsAnalyze job costs and service trends for continuous improvementAssist in hiring, onboarding, and training installation staffManage installation calendars and time-off schedulingMaintain accurate records of timesheets, receipts, and job completionsWhat We're Looking For5+ years of installation or construction experienceBackground in acrylic bath systems strongly preferredPlumbing knowledge is highly preferredProven leadership and team management experienceStrong quality assurance and customer service skillsValid driver's license and clean driving recordCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experience ($80,000–$120,000 annually)Supportive and professional work environmentOpportunity for long-term career growth with a growing companyJoin Us!If you're ready to take the next step in your career with a company that values craftsmanship, leadership, and customer satisfaction, we'd love to hear from you.
