Lead Installation Operations for a Growing Home Improvement Industry Leader in the Sarasota Area!Window Nation is seeking an experienced Installation Manager to lead installation operations, contractor partnerships, quality assurance, customer satisfaction, and warehouse performance for our Sarasota market.This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on operations leader with experience in window installation, residential construction, field operations, service management, project management, contractor management, or home improvement operations who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences.As Installation Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring every installation is completed safely, efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards.What You'll Do:Lead installation operations for replacement windows, doors, and siding projects throughout the Sarasota market.Recruit, train, develop, and manage installation team members and contractor partners.Oversee installation crews, scheduling coordination, quality inspections, and project completion.Serve as the primary escalation point for installation-related customer concerns and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.Manage warehouse operations, inventory levels, materials availability, and warehouse audits.Conduct job-site visits, quality audits, remeasurements, and performance reviews to maintain installation excellence.Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure jobs are properly prepared, staffed, and completed on schedule.Monitor crew performance, quality metrics and scores, operational results, and project profitability.You're Likely a Great Fit if You:Have led installation crews, service teams, subcontractors, or field operations.Have experience in windows, doors, siding, roofing, remodeling, or residential construction.Enjoy solving customer issues and ensuring projects are completed the right way.Are comfortable balancing people leadership, contractor management, quality control, and operational execution.Take pride in quality workmanship and outstanding customer experience.Minimum Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED4+ years of relevant leadership experience4+ years of general construction knowledge3+ years of customer issue resolution experience1+ year experience with windows, including measuring and service; installation experience in lieu of serviceExperience working with installation crewsValid driver's license with ability to maintain a driving record that meets company insurance requirementsPreferred Qualifications:College degree or other secondary education preferredExperience with warehouse managementHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteCRM experience (Microsoft Dynamics a plus)Customer-centric mindsetDemonstrated success in deadline-driven and high-pressure environmentsCandidates with experience in the following areas are encouraged to apply:Installation ManagementWindow & Door OperationsResidential Construction ManagementHome Improvement OperationsExterior RemodelingContractor ManagementProject ManagementField Service ManagementConstruction OperationsWarehouse & Logistics Management$70,000 - $80,000 a year Compensation & Total Rewards: The expected salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, location, business needs, and internal equity considerations.
