Installation ManagerLandover, MD / DMV Area | Closet AmericaLead a team. Own the operation. Make an impact.Closet America is looking for an experienced Installation Manager to lead our installation team and help deliver an exceptional experience for every customer.This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee installers, scheduling, fleet operations, quality, and day-to-day execution. You'll have a direct impact on team performance, customer satisfaction, and the growth of our installation operation.What You'll DoLead, coach, and develop a team of installation professionalsOversee daily installation schedules, staffing, and job assignmentsEnsure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standardsMonitor quality, productivity, completion rates, and customer satisfactionResolve escalated installation and customer issuesPartner with Customer Service and Operations to optimize scheduling and resourcesConduct ride-alongs, quality audits, and performance reviewsManage installer payroll, bonuses, and performance metricsOversee fleet maintenance and daily vehicle readinessIdentify training needs and help build a high-performing installation teamWhat We're Looking For5+ years of leadership or management experienceExperience in home improvement, installation, construction, closets, or a related industryStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsA hands-on leader who knows how to hold teams accountable while developing peopleAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and customer-service skillsBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceWhat We Offer$65K–$75K competitive salaryMedical, dental, and vision insuranceDisability and life insurancePaid time off and holidays401(k) with company matchOpportunity to lead and grow a high-performing team within a growing home improvement companyIf you're an experienced installation leader who enjoys building great teams, solving problems, and delivering results, we'd love to meet you.Renuity and its affiliates are committed to equal opportunity.
