What You'll Do
As an Installation & Service Technician helper, you'll work directly with a senior technician to install, service, and maintain automotive equipment at customer locations. Equipment may include:
Automotive lifts
Air compressors and air systems
Lubrication and oil delivery systems
Oil tanks and other shop equipment
What We're Looking For
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work well with others and follow direction
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliability and professionalism on every job
Willingness to travel and occasionally work long hours or out of town
A working knowledge of automotive shop equipment is a plus
Requirements
Must have reliable transportation
Must have a valid driver's license
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, with opportunities for overtime

Experience Level:
Must have at least 2 years of experience in equipment repair, hydraulics or electrical
Candidates with experience in automotive equipment repair a plus
Work Environment:
In-person, hands-on work
Combination of indoor (warehouse) and outdoor job sites
Location:
- Applicants must be based in or able to reliably commute throughout the Tampa, FL area.
- Travel may be required up to 25%.
