HazeGrayCyber is an established, rapidly growing, veteran-owned small business providing Global Logistics and Supply Chain management, systems and analysis, Cybersecurity and NIST SP 800-171 compliance solutioning as well as Enterprise Information Technology Implementation and Services.
We are seeking an Installations Subject Matter Expert (Junior) with immediate availability that will thrive in a challenging and rewarding process-oriented environment.

This position is located at Quantico, VA.
Salary:
A salary range of $65,000 - $82,000 is available for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, education, certifications, technical qualifications, security clearance, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:
Maintain the local IMS on a continuous weekly basis and draft Monthly Status Reports for Quantico operations to provide comprehensive program visibility to Government leadership
Support the planning cell to provide advisory facilities and environmental planning recommendations for final Government review and Master Planner approval.
Provide technical engineering analysis and design reviews across Electrical, Mechanical, Architectural, Civil/Structural, and Fire Protection disciplines to ensure all project submissions comply with UFC and local building codes.
Develop code compliant statements of Architectural and Engineering services (and Design-Build Requests for Proposal to satisfy facility requirements for delivery to Government Engineering Design Manager for review and approval.
Draft preliminary Statements of Work and Performance Work Statements, and compiling historical cost data and market research to assist the Government in developing final requirements and Independent Government Cost Estimates, without signing contracts, obligating funds, or negotiating with vendors.
Monitor execution metrics and technical compliance data of third-party facility support service providers to protect government assets and maintain equipment readiness.
Security Clearance:
US Citizenship required
Ability to obtain and maintain a US Security clearance at the minimum level of Secret
Education and Experience:
Bachelor of Science Degree in business-related or technical degree
3 - 5 years of experience Installations SME or related role

Good organization skills to balance and prioritize work
Analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot systems problems
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
