Job description

Trinity Services Group is seeking an Assistant Food Service Director to oversee a large jail-based food operation at the Onondaga County Justice Center. You will help plan, direct, and coordinate activities across kitchens and supervise food service staff to ensure safe, efficient operations.

You will lead in payroll review, inventory control, and adherence to health regulations while maintaining strong client communication and service quality.
