Whether you bring trading floor knowledge or a fresh perspective from college, you will find a team that is ready to support your growth.What You Will Do – Job SummaryServe as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and chat, delivering quick, clear, and accurate support.Guide users through our powerful trading tools, from buying their first share to navigating complex multi-asset strategies.Troubleshoot issues with account management (statement review, permissions, tax, etc.), funding, and trading activity while finding smart and effective solutions.Collaborate with technology, risk, and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.Identify opportunities to improve our processes and tools and share them with the team.As the face of our company, you will embody our values through compassionate communication and deep product knowledge, making customers feel heard and appreciated.
