Job description
A leading training consultancy in Jasper, AL is seeking a Training Developer / Instructor I to design and deliver engaging training programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong instructional design and facilitation skills with a focus on continuous learning. Responsibilities include conducting training needs analysis, developing curricula, and delivering training through various methods, including in-person and eLearning. A Bachelor’s degree and experience in curriculum development are preferred.
