Job description
KIPP Texas is seeking a Director of Instructional Systems to drive high-quality implementation of instructional systems across its Texas portfolio. You will translate academic priorities into actionable workflows, build data dashboards, and partner with school leaders to improve instruction and student outcomes.
You will roll out systems, coach leaders, monitor implementation, and refine processes to ensure usability and impact across regions. Travel within the region is expected.
