Apply now to become part of our team and immerse yourself in a world of extraordinary opportunities!Attic Projects is so passionate about our business and aims to provide the best customer service and employee support, that we have created our own proprietary AI software to track jobs, hours, earning potential and training!Ranked year after year on INC5000 and Top500 Remodelers lists!Role and ResponsibilitiesAs an Attic and Crawl Space Technician, you will be responsible for installing insulation, conducting rodent proofing and sanitation, performing mold remediation, and assisting with sheetrock/drywall installation and repair. Additionally, you will be expected to handle any other tasks or work that is needed within the project to ensure its successful completion.Training can be from 5-14 days, depending on your prior experience. Continued training is provided on new OSHA requirements, processes, equipment or materials.A Sample Day (but not limited to):Start the day at 6am for department safety meetings (time varies by seasons, from Oct. to May it could be 6:45am)Load trucks and prepare materials based on job scope of workReview jobs for the day with crew leadsPerform the assigned job at the work site (usually 1 site per day, 7-10+ hours depending on scope of work)Return to the office after completing the job, unload and clean up trucksQualificationsYou will be successful if you…Are 21 years +Exhibits regular attendance and punctualityHave the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and crawl in small, tight spacesHave the ability to access through a 22"x30" opening of attic or crawl spaceAble to safely climb and descend or work from ladders, scaffolding or attic stairsProficient in using staple guns, hammers, utility knives, power tools, industrial vacuums / blowersAble to properly use PPE such as respirators (1/2 or full face), 3M masks, protective eyewear, sound dampening headphones, utility gloves, tyvek suiting, knee pads, etc.Have previous insulation/rodent control experience (strong plus)Possesses communication and customer service skills to interact with customersOwns a valid driver's license with a good driving record within 5 yearsPerks and BenefitsCompetitive pay rate ($26-29 hourly pay) with potential bonus; Bi-weekly paydays with direct depositBalanced Workload: Busy (80%-110%) but properly scheduled to avoid exhaustion2 weeks comprehensive trainingCompany-issued uniform, tools, equipment and PPEOpportunities for advancement within the companyMedical, dental, and vision insurance (after 90 days) with partial company contributionInterview ProcessInitial Video Interview with RecruiterIn-person interview with Operation Manager (Please bring a copy of your resume for this interview)DetailsJob Type: Full-time, on-site (not remote)Hourly Pay Range: $26-29 (other exceptions may exist), varies based on experience level (entry level to expert).
