We help customers resolve wildlife-related concerns in safe, effective, and environmentally responsible ways while protecting homes, businesses, and communities.ResponsibilitiesAs an Insulation Installer at Critter Control, you will be responsible for all aspects of installing company products according to work order, manufacturer, quality, and safety guidelines.Here is a glimpse of what you will do:• Review your daily work schedule and ensure truck is loaded with all product(s), tools and equipment for the day.• Complete vehicle safety, job site inspections.• Safely unload and stage material at job site.• Report safety, customer, or quality concerns.• Perform warehouse related duties as required.BenefitsWhat type of benefits will you receive?Competitive pay ($18 - $20 / Hourly)Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, & life insurance401(k) plan with company match, employee stock purchase planPaid vacation, holidays, and sick leaveEmployee discounts, tuition reimbursement, dependent scholarship awardsQualificationsWhat do you need to be successful?No Experience Required – Customer Service, General Labor, or Insulation Experience is a plus!Valid driver's licenseWork EnvironmentWhat does the work environment look like?Frequent walking, standing, and moving through diverse types of terrain, including uneven ground, stairs, roofs, and sometimes slippery or muddy areas.Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (extreme heat, extreme cold, rain, snow, etc.).Must have the ability to climb stairs and ladders safely.Must be able to crouch, kneel, bend, and stretch frequently.Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.Join us in making a positive impact on nuisance wildlife management and become a part of our dedicated team today!
