Heroic Home Comfort is a family-owned heating, cooling, heat pump, electrical, insulation, and home-energy business serving Westchester and Putnam Counties. We focus on honest advice, dependable service, clear communication, and careful work in our customers' homes. Join our team in helping local homeowners make their homes comfortable, safe, and efficient.
Part-time or full-time opportunities available. Based in Mahopac, NY, serving Westchester and Putnam Counties.
Help homeowners understand insulation, air sealing, and home-comfort improvements based on the needs of their homes.
Responsibilities:
Discuss homeowner concerns and coordinate with the energy-audit team.
Explain recommended insulation and air-sealing work in clear terms.
Prepare proposals and follow up on customer questions.
Coordinate approved projects with the installation team.
Qualifications:
Consultative sales, insulation, or home-performance experience.
Ability to explain findings, scope, and expected project benefits accurately.
Organized customer follow-up and clear communication.
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity.
Compensation: $80,000–$200,000 in annual earning potential, based on work volume and performance. Insulation sales commission: 10%. This earning range is not a guaranteed base salary.
