If you do not settle for average, you belong with us.Because we recruit and hire the best, we provide the best benefits package:Competitive Pay: $21.50 to $23.50 per hour based on your experience level.10 Days PTO: Paid time off starts accruing early.Paid National Holidays: Time off to celebrate with family.Paid Holiday Break: Fully paid company shutdown from late December through January 2.Consistent Work: Year-round stability with no seasonal layoffs.Key Responsibilities:Extract and Install Insulation: Extract cellulose, blown fiberglass and batt insulation. Apply premium foam, blown-in, and batt insulation.Maintain Standards: Deliver flawless workmanship on every residential and commercial property.Prep and Clean: Prepare job sites meticulously and leave them cleaner than you found them.Customer Service: Represent the brand with an enthusiastic, professional attitude.Safety Compliance: Follow all OSHA and company safety protocols strictly.Candidate Requirements:Elite Attitude: Bring energy, problem-solving skills, and positivity daily.Relentless Work Ethic: Show up on time, work hard, and take pride in your craft.Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy loads, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces.Valid Driver's License: Must have a clean driving record to operate company vehicles.Background Check: Ability to pass standard pre-employment screening.At USA Insulation, we put our clients first!
