Job description
Gallagher Benefit Services, part of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., is seeking a Branch Client Service Manager III to deliver high-quality client service for a portfolio of accounts.
You will lead renewal discussions, partner with Production, and drive client satisfaction and retention. The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in client service/claims management or a High School/GED with 10+ years, plus 1+ years of supervisory experience and appropriate licensing.
