Responsibilities
Operate as an independent contractor representing American Family and its products exclusively.
Manage the overall agency, including sales, growth, and operations.
Hire, train, and lead a team to achieve strategic business goals.
Qualifications
Obtain Property and Casualty and Life insurance licenses.
Pass a motor vehicle, financial/credit, and criminal background check.
