Licensed Sales AgentWe are seeking a motivated and personable Licensed Sales Agent to join our growing team in Lake Mary, FL. This is an in-office, client-facing role focused on building strong local relationships and serving the insurance needs of your community. Please note: This is not a remote position. You must have active Property, Casualty, and Life insurance licenses prior to employment.Compensation:Training salary: $55,000–$65,000$1,000 professional start bonusTotal first-year compensation typically ranges from $55,000–$75,000 (base, bonuses, and uncapped commissions)Top performers have the potential to earn $100,000+ in their first yearBuild a career for yourself, not by yourself.
