This role is responsible for developing new crop insurance business, maintaining strong relationships within the agricultural community, delivering customized risk management solutions to farm and ranch clients, and delivering customized coverage solutions. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for visiting clients throughout the service area.Active Nebraska Crop Insurance License required in the applicable state; willingness to obtain additional licenses as needed.Knowledge of insurance products, including Property and Casualty, Life and Health, or Crop Insurance. Minimum of five years of crop insurance, agricultural insurance, or related sales experience.Strong knowledge of crop insurance products, agricultural operations, and RMA regulations.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard business systems.Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently in a professional environment.
