Salary: $40,000–$50,000 + Bonus
Full-Time
Great Florida Insurance of Delray Beach is looking for a Florida 4-40 Licensed Customer Representative to join our growing team.
Newly licensed? No problem. Almost finished with your licensing requirements? We’d love to hear from you, too. We’re open to candidates who are just beginning their insurance careers and are looking for an opportunity to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in the insurance industry.

What You’ll Do
Provide exceptional customer service and support to policyholders
Answer insurance questions and assist with policy needs
Process policy changes, payments, certificates, and other service requests
Communicate with customers by phone, email, and in person
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Work with our team to ensure a smooth customer experience
Identify opportunities to assist clients with additional insurance needs
Maintain accurate customer and policy information within our agency management system
Learn and grow your knowledge of insurance products, procedures, and agency operations
What We’re Looking For
Active Florida 4-40 Resident Customer Representative License, or currently completing the requirements to obtain your license
Newly licensed candidates are encouraged to apply
Insurance agency experience is preferred, but not required for the right candidate
Experience with EZLynx is a plus
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional, positive, and dependable attitude
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to learn quickly and work both independently and as part of a team
A genuine desire to help customers and build a career in insurance
