Insurance AgentLazydays RV powered by Campers Inn RV is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Insurance Agent to support our customers by providing insurance solutions for RVs, boats, motorcycles, and automobiles. This role works closely with Sales, Finance & Insurance (F&I), and Service teams to deliver knowledgeable guidance, timely service, and appropriate coverage options. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, relationship-driven, and motivated to grow long-term client relationships while supporting a seamless customer experience.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesPrepare and complete insurance applications and required documentation accurately and efficientlyQuote, bind, and service insurance policies in compliance with state regulations and company guidelinesGenerate new insurance business through referrals, cross-selling, and total account developmentMaintain accurate client records, policy documentation, renewals, cancellations, and follow-upsAssist policyholders with claims support and loss guidanceEducate clients on coverage options, risk management, and ways to minimize exposureFollow agency processes and workflows (including renewals, tickler systems, and compliance tracking)Attend required company meetings, training sessions, and continuing educationCollaborate with Sales and F&I teams to enhance the overall customer experiencePerform additional duties as assigned to support business needsQualifications & ExperienceActive Florida 2-20 or 20-44 Insurance License (required)Valid Florida Driver's License with a responsible driving recordPrior insurance sales or service experience preferredBilingual (English/Spanish) a plusWorking knowledge of Windows-based systems and agency management software (Applied Systems experience preferred)Understanding of underwriting guidelines and risk management principlesStrong time management, organizational, and follow-up skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferredPhysical & Work RequirementsAbility to work 40+ hours per week, including flexibility for changing schedules as neededAbility to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the workdayAbility to lift standard office materialsAbility to work at a computer and view a monitor for extended periodsAbout UsAt Campers Inn RV, we're more than a dealership—we're a team driven by purpose, innovation, and a commitment to helping people enjoy the RV lifestyle and find their AWAY.
