Bear Insurance Group, a North American Senior Benefits Partner, is hiring driven individuals ready to start their journey in the life insurance and financial services industry.
We’re looking for motivated Sales Representatives who are eager to learn, grow, and succeed with full training, flexible hours, and industry-best compensation.
What You’ll Do:
Prospect and connect with clients using proven strategies
Conduct consultations and recommend tailored life insurance solutions
Present products confidently (virtual or in-person)
Build client relationships and manage your own book of business
Get licensed (we’ll support you every step of the way)
What You Bring:
Strong interest in sales, marketing, or finance
Excellent communication and people skills
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
Ability to learn quickly and take initiative
Willingness to get licensed (we help with this!)
