Our client is actively seeking an Insurance Coverage Associate Attorney to join its growing litigation team.This is a fully remote opportunity for attorneys located anywhere in Pennsylvania.What You'll Do:Handle complex insurance coverage and bad faith litigation matters in both state and federal courtsDraft coverage opinions, motions, pleadings, and legal memorandaRepresent insurers in first-party property and UM/UIM claimsLitigate Pennsylvania bad faith and coverage disputesWork on a variety of business litigation mattersConduct legal research, depositions, discovery, and court appearancesBuild client relationships and enjoy opportunities for professional growth and business developmentQualifications:Active Pennsylvania Bar License (Required)Experience in insurance coverage and/or bad faith litigationKnowledge of first-party property claims, UM/UIM claims, Pennsylvania bad faith law, coverage opinions, and insurance agent/broker disputesStrong legal research, writing, and litigation skillsFederal and state court litigation experience preferredWhy Apply?Fully Remote within PennsylvaniaWork on sophisticated and challenging litigationStrong mentorship and career advancement opportunitiesCollaborative and supportive legal teamFirm actively interviewing and looking to hire quickly!Salary commensurate with candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.How to Apply: Email your resume to: Phone/Text:
