Required Skills & Experience
- Current P&C license (property and casualty - commercial lines)
- 3+ years of Customer service experience (preferably in a call center environment)
- 1+ years accepted if it was in the insurance space.
Job Description
You will be responsible for delivering industry-leading service by ensuring the timely and accurate entry of all inbound leads. As a Customer Service Representative, your role involves handling inbound calls, directly engaging with small business owners. You will assist them with their existing policies and provide recommendations for new policies they may wish to purchase. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, consistent dependability, and a collaborative mindset. You'll work closely with team members in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high service standards while contributing to a supportive and team-focused culture.
