Insurance Defense Associate Attorney Ready for an insurance defense opportunity that offers more than just another case on your desk?Aligned Talent Acquisition is always looking to connect with talented Insurance Defense Associate Attorneys interested in exploring opportunities with respected law firms.I work primarily with Am Law 50, 100, and 200 firms, but I also frequently partner with small and midsize firms, respected regional firms, and sophisticated boutiques across multiple markets.Experience That May Be a Fit Insurance defense litigation, including bodily injury, property damage, premises liability, and general liability claims.Managing discovery, depositions, motion practice, and litigation strategy.Working with insurance carriers, claims professionals, and insured clients.Evaluating liability, damages, settlement opportunities, and litigation exposure.Preparing cases for mediation, arbitration, hearings, and trial.Not currently practicing at an Am Law firm?
