Job description
Gilder Search Group seeks an Associate Attorney for its Insurance Defense and General Liability practice in Los Angeles. The role offers hands-on litigation from early stages through trial, with mentorship and a collaborative environment that grows your courtroom skills and responsibility over time.
Expect a hybrid schedule (2–3 days in-office, then remote), a base salary of $110,000–$175,000, monthly bonuses, and additional revenue-based bonuses.
