Job description
We are seeking an Insurance Defense Attorney for our Paramus office. The ideal candidate will have experience in personal injury litigation, and/ or other insurance defense matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft motions and/or conduct depositions, oral arguments, and hearings
Negotiate settlements and manage client reporting
Independently handle appearances and assignments with minimal supervision
Handle civil case through trial
Qualifications:
Must be licensed to practice law in New Jersey, with licenses in New York and New Jersey a bonus (additional state licensure is a plus)
3-12+ years of experience in Insurance Defense (Preferred)
Experience in personal injury litigation, and/ or other insurance defense matters. (Required)
