Hybrid Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time
A well-established boutique law firm in the Northtowns is seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to join its practice. The firm focuses on insurance defense and coverage litigation and offers attorneys the opportunity to handle sophisticated civil litigation matters in a small, flexible, and collaborative environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants meaningful autonomy, flexibility, and the ability to take ownership of their practice without the bureaucracy of a large firm. The attorney will handle all aspects of civil litigation, with a primary focus on insurance defense and coverage matters.
The practice includes:
Premises liability
Construction site accidents
General negligence
Motor vehicle accidents
Toxic torts
Insurance coverage litigation
Appeals
Other complex civil litigation matters
Responsibilities may include:
case evaluation
pleadings
discovery
depositions
motion practice
negotiations
court appearances
trial preparation and trial
appeals
