Job description
Kiernan Trebach LLP seeks an Associate Attorney in Civil Litigation Defense in New York with 2–4 years of experience in Insurance Defense. The role supports defense of matters across General Liability, Personal Injury, Product Liability and Professional Liability in a hybrid work setting.
Ideal candidates will have strong drafting, deposition and trial preparation skills, with the ability to work independently from inception to resolution. Active NY license is required.
