Job description
What You'll Do: Analyze and interpret insurance policies, including primary, excess, and specialty lines.
Provide insurance coverage opinions and legal advice to insurer clients.
Handle all phases of insurance coverage litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial preparation.
Represent clients in state and federal courts, arbitration, and mediation.
Draft legal briefs, motions, memoranda, and other litigation documents.
What We're Looking For:
Active California Bar license.
4–8+ years of insurance coverage and/or insurance defense litigation experience.
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Experience with Commercial General Liability (CGL), Professional Liability, and/or Property Coverage matters is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
