A law firm seeks an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney at the partner level to join their team in Dallas, TX. This role offers the opportunity to lead and manage cases independently while collaborating with a high-achieving team.
Duties
Lead counsel on day-to-day management of cases.
Communicate effectively with clients and develop case strategies.
Collaborate with trial-level lawyers and support staff.
Engage in business development and marketing activities.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of insurance defense experience.
At least 5 years of experience practicing in Texas.
Experience in areas such as bodily injury, construction defect, and professional liability.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
License to practice law from the State Bar of Texas.
Skills
Strong leadership and case management abilities.
Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
Proficiency in developing legal strategies and solutions.
