Job description
GEICO Staff Counsel in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced attorney to defend lawsuits in Texas courts and other first-party insurance matters. The role supports the Claims Department with legal research, pleadings, and trial readiness in a hybrid/remote work arrangement.
Candidates must have a JD, be admitted to the Texas Bar, and possess 7+ years of defense litigation experience, with strong writing and organizational skills. Some travel may be required for trials and depositions.
