The group is open to attorneys ranging from second-year associates through highly experienced senior associates, with title and compensation calibrated to experience, litigation capability and overall fit.

Why join us

Work Structure

The role operates on a hybrid model with approximately three days per week in office.

The firm does not maintain a rigid one-size-fits-all billable target for this opening; expectations are based more broadly on productivity, contribution, experience level and performance.

Senior candidates with substantial litigation experience will be considered toward the upper end of the range.

Direct carrier and client interaction

Substantial deposition, hearing and trial exposure

Flexibility for both developing and highly experienced litigators

A true hybrid schedule

Strong bonus upside

Long-term stability and advancement within an established litigation practice
