Job description
Lester Schwab Katz & Dwyer, LLP is seeking several attorneys to join our expanding teams across several key practice areas, including Labor Law, Premises Liability, Automobile and Trucking, Property Damage/Subrogation and General Liability. NJ admission is a plus. Salary: $130,000-$170,000
Ideal candidates will have:
At least one to two years’ experience
Relevant experience in one or more of the listed practice areas
Experience with depositions and preparing witnesses
Experience with making Court Appearances
Experience drafting motion practice and discovery demands/responses
