Job description
Kestra Holdings seeks a strategic Head of Insurance Growth & Advisor Strategy to drive firm‑wide growth through strong execution and people leadership. You will lead the Insurance Specialist team, expand relationships with high‑quality advisory firms, and partner with executive leadership to convert strategy into results.
This is a leadership and business development role focused on people, process, and growth, with regular in‑person collaboration with CBS leadership.
