Job description
Insurance Marketing SpecialistWe are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Insurance Marketing Specialist to support our commercial insurance team by marketing accounts to insurance carriers and helping producers deliver competitive coverage solutions for clients. This role plays a key part in the agency's growth by building strong carrier relationships and helping secure the best coverage and pricing options available.ResponsibilitiesMarket new and renewal commercial insurance accounts to carrier partnersPrepare submission applications, loss summaries, and supporting documentationObtain quotes, negotiate coverage terms, and review pricing optionsWork closely with producers and account managers to develop coverage strategiesMaintain strong relationships with insurance company underwriters and carrier representativesCompare quotes and assist in presenting coverage options to clientsTrack submissions, renewals, and carrier responses to ensure deadlines are metMaintain accurate records within the agency management systemQualificationsPrevious commercial insurance experience preferredKnowledge of commercial insurance coverages and carrier marketsStrong communication, negotiation, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple accounts and deadlines efficientlyExperience with agency management systems such as Applied Epic, AMS360, or similar is a plusActive Property & Casualty license preferred or willingness to obtainAll qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
