Insurance Sales Agent — Brightway, The Vaccarella Agency (Lafayette, LA) | Independent Agency | HybridBrightway Insurance is hiring an Insurance Sales Agent on behalf of Brightway, The Vaccarella Agency in Lafayette, LA. This is a full-time hybrid sales role with access to Brightway's national carrier network, agency support infrastructure, and uncapped earning potential.What You'll DoSell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial Insurance using consultative sales techniquesIdentify and engage potential customers through established lead-generation methodsAdvise clients on tailored insurance solutions that meet their unique needsDevelop and maintain strong business relationshipsParticipate in incentive programs and sales contests to drive performanceConsistently exceed sales targets for new business quotes and policy issuanceWhat We're Looking ForActive Property & Casualty (P&C) license requiredSome prior sales experience preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPersuasive negotiation abilitiesExcellent organizational and time-management skills to thrive in a dynamic, semi-autonomous environmentAnalytical skills to understand coverage details and underwriting guidelinesWhy Brightway?
