Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Sales Agent in Mesa, AZ. The Insurance Sales Agent will assist clients by addressing their insurance needs, selling appropriate policies, and providing customer-focused service. Responsibilities also include prospecting new clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and accurately managing policy documentation. The role involves leveraging sales techniques to promote and explain insurance products while upholding compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
1yr. Experience in Insurance Sales and a working knowledge of insurance products
Proficiency in Customer Service and establishing strong client relationships
Familiarity with Insurance Brokerage practices and industry standards
Strong Sales skills, including cold calling, negotiating, and closing deals, great organization skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to handle tasks independently
State insurance license (or willingness to obtain one) is required
Prior experience in the insurance industry is highly beneficial
