Insurance Sales And Service RepresentativeInsurance Sales and Service Representative Greg Lunde – State Farm Agency Salary: $45,000–$48,000 guaranteed annual base About the Opportunity Greg Lunde – State Farm Agency is looking for an Insurance Sales and Service Representative to join our team. This is primarily a sales-focused position with some service responsibilities and an opportunity to support our sales lead.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to providing excellent customer service. They should also be comfortable identifying customer needs, assisting with sales opportunities, and helping the agency deliver a positive customer experience.ResponsibilitiesProvide professional and responsive service to existing State Farm customers.Assist customers with policy questions, changes, billing inquiries, and other service needs.Process policy updates and maintain accurate customer information.Assist the sales lead with customer follow-up, quotes, and sales-related activities.Identify potential sales opportunities and refer or assist with those opportunities as appropriate.Help customers understand their coverage and available insurance options.Maintain organized records and ensure service requests are handled accurately and promptly.Build strong, long-term relationships with customers.Support the agency team in meeting customer service and business goals.QualificationsProperty & Casualty (P&C) insurance license (must have or be able to obtain).Active Life & Health (L&H) insurance license (must have or be able to obtain).Previous insurance agency and/or sales experience is helpful.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Comfortable assisting with service while maintaining a primary focus on sales.Motivated, dependable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.Compensation & BenefitsGuaranted Base Pay: $45,000–$48,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.Paid time off (PTO).Retirement plan with employer matching.Additional standard agency benefits.Join Our Team If you are a professional who takes pride in helping customers and enjoys supporting a team, we would love to hear from you.
