If you're goal-oriented, competitive, coachable, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service, we'd love to meet you.This is an excellent opportunity to build long-term client relationships while earning a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission.What You'll DoBuild and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.Cross-sell insurance products to current policyholders.Generate new business through referrals, networking, and outbound prospecting.Quote, present, and close Personal Lines insurance policies.Partner with licensed agents to identify Life Insurance opportunities.Deliver outstanding customer service on every interaction.Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional, customer-focused manner.Overcome objections and educate customers on coverage options.Support agency growth through community involvement and relationship building.Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities.What We're Looking ForActive Property & Casualty License (must have or be able to obtain)Strong sales and closing abilitiesExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyOrganized with strong multitasking skillsPositive attitude and willingness to learnComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentProficient with Windows-based computer applicationsWhy You'll Love This OpportunityYou'll join a team that values hard work, exceptional customer service, and professional growth.
