Insurance Sales SpecialistBrightway Insurance is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Specialist in our Rockledge, FL office. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, analyzing insurance needs, and recommending suitable insurance policies to clients. This is a sales-oriented role that requires excellent communication and negotiation skills.Responsibilities:Quote and sell insurance products to potential clientsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfactionAnalyze clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate recommendationsExplain policy details, coverage limits, and exclusions to clientsAssist clients in completing insurance applications and necessary paperworkProcess policy changes, endorsements, and claims accurately and efficientlyStay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policiesCollaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions for policiesMinimum Qualifications:Hold an active 2-20, 20-44 or 4-40 FL Insurance License1-2 years Property and Casualty Insurance Sales ExperienceAbility to work in the office Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm ESTMust be 18 years oldHigh School DiplomaProven experience in sales administration, retail sales or people facing rolesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsMust be fluent in English (*Bingual-Spanish is a plus)Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisionsCompensation:Base Salary: $40-55K annually (*determined by years of experience, education and certifications.)Average 1st year total earnings range from $55K-$70K through a combination of guaranteed base salary, plus commission.Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward, can earn up to $75k-80K+Benefits and Perks:Comprehensive, paid training program providedHealth, Dental and Vision insurance coverage options availableRetirement savings plan with employer matchPaid time off for vacation and personal daysIf you're a motivated individual with a passion for sales and helping others, we encourage you to apply.
