Insurance Sales ProducerA growing P&C insurance company is seeking an Insurance Sales Producer to drive new business and expand its book of business (commercial and personal). This role is focused on outbound calling, relationship building, and generating new client opportunities within the market. The role has responsibility for prospecting, qualifying leads, presenting insurance solutions, and bringing on new clients while developing long-term relationships that support sustained revenue growth. This position is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives on building a book of business and closing new accounts.Responsibilities Include:Driving new business and expanding the book of business (commercial and personal)Conducting outbound calling and active prospectingQualifying leads and presenting insurance solutionsBringing on new clients and managing the sales processBuilding and maintaining long-term client relationshipsDeveloping sustained revenue growth through new accountsIdeal Qualifications:Sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial servicesStrong outbound sales and relationship-building skillsComfortable prospecting, pitching, and closing dealsSelf-motivated and driven to build a book of businessStrong communication and interpersonal skillsSalary: Commission
