Insurance Sales Producer —Brightway, Miami Lakes |P&C Licensed | RemoteThis fully remote opportunity is with a Brightway-affiliated agency serving the Miami Lakes, FL market. We're looking for a licensed producer who can sell effectively without an office around them — you'll still have full access to Brightway's carrier network and agency support.What You'll HandleSell personal lines coverage (auto, home, life) to new and existing clientsMatch customers with the right coverage through a consultative approachWork inbound leads provided by the agency through to closeOwn your monthly sales targets in a remote, performance-based setupWhat We NeedActive P&C insurance license1–3 years in insurance or sales preferredStrong written and verbal communication for remote client workDisciplined and self-motivated — this is a remote role with real accountabilityWhy This Role WorksCommission is uncapped, so remote doesn't mean limited — your earnings track your output.Broader carrier access than a captive agent, even while working remotelyAccess to Fusion Tech, Brightway's proprietary quoting and customer management platform — less admin, more time sellingTraining and carrier relationships from a national network, without giving up remote flexibilityAbout Brightway InsuranceBrightway Insurance operates as one of the fastest-growing independent agency networks in the U.S., with north of $2 billion in premium written annually.
