Insurance Sales RepresentativeMark Murphy - State Farm Agency, located in Batavia, IL has an immediate opening for a full-time Licensed Insurance Sales Professional. Only candidates who meet the following criteria will be considered for this role:Must have or be able to obtain an active Property and Casualty insurance license.Must be able to make the commute to our agency location in Batavia, IL. This is an in-office position.Responsibilities include but not limited to:Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and servicesEstablish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as neededProvide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarificationWhat we provide:Base hourly pay $20 - $26 depending on sales experienceAggressive bonus and commission structure in addition to base payPaid Time Off (vacation and personal/sick days)Retirement plan with employer matchCasual Fridays with office closing early at 4:00 p.m.Valuable experienceGrowth potential/Opportunity for advancement within my officeRequirements:Bilingual English/Spanish fluency preferredSales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferredSuccessful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferredExcellent communication skills - written, verbal and listeningSelf-motivatedAbility to multi-taskAbility to effectively relate to a customerProperty & Casualty licenseLife & Health licenseIf you are motivated to succeed and can see yourself in this role, please submit your resume.
