Insurance Agency OwnerFarmers Insurance Southern Utah is looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Insurance Agency Owner. As an Insurance Agency Owner, you will have the opportunity to establish and run your own insurance agency with the support and resources of Farmers Insurance. Our team of experienced professionals will provide guidance and assistance as you build your agency and establish relationships with clients.ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needsProvide exceptional customer service by offering tailored insurance solutionsDevelop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clientsManage the day-to-day operations of the agency, including sales, marketing, and customer serviceStay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulationsCollaborate with other agency owners and Farmers Insurance professionals to share best practices and drive agency growthEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures
