Insurance Sales RepresentativeInsurance Sales Representative – State Farm Agent $50,000–$75,000 | Base Salary + Commission + Bonuses Tom Hollandsworth – State Farm Agency | Spanaway, WATom Hollandsworth – State Farm Agency is hiring a full-time Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for motivated individuals looking to start a sales career in a professional, goal-driven environment.No insurance experience required. Paid training, licensing support, and opportunity for a signing bonus!Responsibilities include but not limited to:Generating insurance quotesConducting consultative sales conversationsClosing new businessFollowing up with leadsBuilding strong relationships with new and existing clientsCross-selling additional coverageProviding prompt, accurate customer serviceThe role also includes prospecting, appointment setting, and working toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.Compensation and Benefits:Base salary plus commissionMonthly and annual performance bonusesPaid time offBenefit allowanceRetirement programSigning bonus is available for the right candidateRequirements:Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)Ability to make cold calls and set appointmentsExcellent communication skillsComfortable building client relationshipsEfficient time managementGoal oriented and driven towards successCreative problem solvingBasic computer and CRM skillsSales, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing experience is preferred but not required.
