Field-Based Life Insurance Sales OpportunityBuild a career helping local families protect what matters most.Alchemy Financial Group is hiring motivated people for a field-based life insurance sales opportunity in your local area. Previous insurance experience is not required. We provide structured virtual instruction, hands-on field coaching, and ongoing support for representatives who are willing to learn, follow the system, and work consistently.Compensation and ClassificationIndependent contractor (1099)Commission-only; there is no base salary or hourly wageCompany-estimated first-year earnings of $80,000-$120,000+ for full-time representatives who consistently follow the training and meet production benchmarksEarnings are not guaranteed and individual results vary based on activity, skill, placement, persistency, and other factorsHow the Work Is PerformedApproximately 70% field-based work with clients in and around your local areaApproximately 30% remote work, including phone, video, follow-up, and trainingRepresentatives generally work in the communities near where they liveA reliable vehicle and the ability to travel locally are importantWhat You Will DoMeet with individuals and families to understand their insurance needsExplain available life insurance options clearly and professionallyFollow up with prospective clients by phone, video, and in personComplete applications accurately and follow carrier compliance requirementsMaintain an organized schedule and consistent weekly activityParticipate in coaching, training, and team accountabilityTraining, Licensing, and LeadsTraining combines virtual instruction with hands-on field coachingThe company contributes toward some training supportNew representatives receive help with leads during the first few months of their careerAs representatives become established, they are responsible for purchasing and managing their own lead inventoryA state insurance license is required. Licensing requirements and any personal costs are explained before onboardingWho Does Well HereCoachable people who act on feedbackSelf-motivated professionals who can manage a flexible scheduleCandidates with strong communication and follow-up skillsPeople comfortable with commission-based sales and measurable goalsExperienced sales professionals and career changers are both welcomeBefore you make a commitment, we will explain the commission structure, training support, lead program, licensing requirements, and expected business expenses.
