Insurance SpecialistThe Insurance Specialist completes follow-up on denials and no response claims.High school diploma or equivalent, requiredSolid knowledge base of CPT and ICD-10 codes, preferredPrevious experience working multiple payors including BCBS, UHC, Medicare and Medicaid denials and appeals, preferredStrong discretion and ability to handle confidential informationComposure in fast?paced, high?pressure environmentsWillingness and ability to learn new technologiesDependable, punctual, and highly detail?orientedStrong multitasking and independent?work capabilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAccurate documentation skillsAbility to follow established workflows consistentlyMonday – Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM
